Unit 1
Introduction to Organizational Change & OD Meaning of Organizational Change & organizational development, history of OD, Theories of planned change, types of change, competencies of an effective OD practioner
Unit 2
Process of OD: Entering & contracting, diagnosing, collecting, analyzing & feedback diagnostic information, designing interventions, managing change, evaluating & institutionalizing OD
Unit 3
OD Interventions in HR Human process interventions interpersonal & group process approaches, organization process approaches Techno-structural Interventions restructuring Organizations, employee involvement, work design HR interventions Performance Management, Talent Management, Workforce diversity & Wellness Strategic change Interventions Transformational change, continuous change, trans organizational change
