This has led to innovation in the field of confectionery. This course includes the processing of confectionery products, information about required ingredients, required small and large scale equipment. It also includes the required rules and regulations and quality management systems in the confectionery chocolate industry. Students will be expected to learn about processing, Quality management, and new innovations in the confectionery Industry
